BACK TO QUESTIONS...
I don't go out of my way for anything ever. I tend to let life happen and boy did it happen this last week. I may not be the most outgoing person and my social skills may suck. But one thing I can do is write. And I feel inclined to do so right now.
I would like to write an article or blog about my experience this last week which I would publish at the site I moderate for, "The Gender Society". Don't worry, I have nothing but good things to say. I would like to follow protocol and have your blessing to do so. I will not mention names except for maybe yours because I feel that's important.
Amy you are so special to so many people (myself included) it's hard to imagine. Let me do this one thing so I can say thank you for being just you.
Just You Week
Wrapping up a week of fun and silly antics with a bunch of girls who would otherwise not know each other if it weren't for Amy and the Just You boutique, is difficult. Though it's a small event (maybe 40 girls this year) it's unlike other Las Vegas event's in that the boutique is a launching point for everything that happens throughout the week. I've never known someone like Amy who whole heartedly takes us under her wing and guides us towards self confidence. To be just the person you are and nothing more.
Amy worked tirelessly throughout the week providing makeovers, support, and advice with dedication and a sense of true caring and understanding. The Just You staff should be commended for all their hard work setting up activities, providing some splendid meals, and generally keeping things organized and flowing smoothly. I can’t forget to mention two attendees that still have much to do beyond the conclusion of Just You Week. The photographer and web mistress of the Just You site who now have the task of sorting through around 2,000 photos taken throughout the week. Bless you both for your endurance.
It's pretty clear to this girl that what happens in Vegas does not necessarily stay in Vegas. Just You girls take something with them when they leave that will last a lifetime. I know I did,.......and I didn't even have to leave town. How nice. Amy and her staff exude confidence on a level rarely seen. There is no doubt in my mind that this event will continue to grow and no matter how I look at it, I'm amazed. Maybe this was just too good to be true. Or maybe it was just the thing someone needed. Not too big, not too small. Just right. Just You......
Live to Love……Love to live, Chrissy
I would be honored, thank you so much for joining us and it would be a pleasure if you would grace us with your presence once in a while.
It's a great day to be JUST YOU
